Each En Mi piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow 5-10 business days for creation before your order ships. Delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, with shipments sent Monday through Friday.

**Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the order value and, if applicable, the destination country's tax-free threshold for goods imported into that country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the recipient's responsibility, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
If a package is “refused” or “unclaimed” at customs, we can only re-ship or refund your order once we have safely received the package back. Couriers do sometimes charge return fees, and any refund offered will be minus these fees, which can amount to 25% of the total.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, your piece isn’t right for you, we offer a fully refundable return. Items may be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Please return your piece in its original condition and packaging, using the provided shipping label.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your full refund to the original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original components and packaging. En Mi does not accept returns or issue refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components resulting from the customer’s actions, nor for items returned more than 14 days after the date of delivery.
